Recce

The recce sheet is part of the pre-production paper work. The purpose of a recce sheet is to make notes on the each location in which you choose to film at, you will photograph the plan view of the location and make notes on which areas of the location you will be using to film. Shooting information you will need to include is what particular equipment that you will need for the location like if its a public place and you're recording an interview then you'll need a microphone as such or even a H2 recorder so that you can hear the interviewees clearly. This also falls in line with the sound information. The lighting information is so that you can note down whether or not you will be needing any extra lighting in the film location, or if you need any reflectors. The power informations is noted because you may need power leads, chargers, batteries or even SD memory cards.
